RESTAURANT MANAGER
Per la prossima apertura di un ristorante gourmais in un prestigioso Business Center a TIRANA (ALBANIA) si ricerca la figura professionale di Restaurant Manager – Direttore.
Il candidato dovrà essere in grado di svolgere le seguenti attività :
- coordinamento staff (selezione e formazione)
- mantenimento alti standard di qualità in materia di servizio, igiene e sicurezza
- controllo sulle vendite, gli acquisti e i profitti dell’attivitÃ
- redazione report di feedback per la proprietÃ
- customer care
- cooperazione con l’executive chef
Requisiti:
- capacità di problem solving
- propensione al lavoro di gruppo
- eccellente inglese scritto e parlato, italiano parlato
- precedenti esperienze maturate in posizioni simili
- conoscenze informatiche
- età massima 40

We are looking for and offering the positions of RM for a fast growing project of a gourmais restaurant in a brand new Business Center in TIRANE, ALBANIA.
TIRANE, ALBANIA.
The candidate must coordinate a variety of activities:
- managing staff (recruiting, training and motivating)
- maintaining high standard of quality control, hygene, health and safety
- taking responsability of the restaurant sales level and profitability
- preparing reports including staff control, food control and sales
- customer care and responding their complaints
- cooperate with the executive chef
- responding to property requests
Requirements:
- problem solving ability
- teamworking & strong organisational skills
- excellent english and italian spoken
- having first gained substantial esperience in restaurant management
- informatic skills
- max 40 aged
