We Are a one of England’s Finest Hotels with Situated in the Vibrant Countryside of Hertfordshire. Its architecture antique furnishings and oil paintings make our hotel the ultimate destination anyone to stay with us.

The Kitchen itself has recently been refurbished and is very spacious, modern and a pleasure to work in. We have an excellent environment and a passionate team that any chef would love to be part of. We have a large brigade 17/18 chefs who will help you develop your culinary skills. The team have maintained a very high standard keeping 3AA for a few years and are now pushing for the Michelin star*

The perfect candidate would be enthusiastic qualified with NVQ level 1,2 and will be keen to learn and develop.
