We Are a one of England’s Finest Hotels with Situated in the Vibrant Countryside of Hertfordshire. Its architecture antique furnishings and oil paintings make our hotel the ultimate destination anyone to stay with us.

The Kitchen itself has recently been refurbished and is very spacious, modern and a pleasure to work in. We have an excellent environment and a passionate team that any chef would love to be part of.

We have a large team of 17/18 chefs who will help you develop your culinary skills. The team have maintained a very high standard keeping 3AA for a few years and are now pushing for the Michelin star*

You will have to be hard working, Competent and reliable. You must be strong enough to take charge of different sections working on your own as well as part of a excellent team. At time s you will be in charge of Commis and Demi Chefs De Partie so you must be a good communicator, teacher and motivator.
Compenso: 18k – 20k in sterline – 23.000€ – 27.000€
