MAITRE
We are looking for higly motivated people for the maitre position in our hotels. Skills and qualities required:
- Steady career path in 4 or 5stars Hotels
- Fluent in English, Italian & German or French
- Wine knowledge and passion /Sommelier - preferred
- Excellent comunicational skills, both whit Guests and Co-workers
- Detail and guest care oriented
- Leadership skills/ Ability to manage a big team
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
- Career oriented
Management competencies:
- Communication: Skilled at engaging audience
- Originality: able to come up with clever ideas about products, services or situations, or to develop creative ways to solve a problem
- Building a successful team: skilled at building a cohesive team and facilitating goal accomplishment/ developer of others: train and continually develop the restaurant team
- Building trust: ability to interact with others in an honest, fair and respectful way
- Adaptabiliy: ability to effectively adjust to major changes in work tasks or the work environment
